By reserving or purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, carefully designed to protect both the buyer and the breeder and ensure a transparent, professional experience.
1. 💳 Half Payment Requirement
The Half purchase price for each Labrador Retriever puppy is $500 USD.
Half payment must be made before the puppy is released for shipping or pickup.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay, Chime, and more (inquire for details).
💡 Why Half payment?
To ensure serious inquiries only and to cover all expenses related to your puppy’s care—vaccinations, vet visits, premium food, socialization, and safe delivery.
2. 🚚 Shipping and Delivery
Once full payment is confirmed:
Your puppy will be shipped safely to your provided address using a trusted, pet-friendly courier service.
All puppies are shipped with:
Health certificates
Travel documentation
Feeding instructions
You will receive tracking details and real-time updates.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
3. 🩺 Health Guarantee
Every Labrador puppy from Golden Hearts Labrador Kennels is:
Examined by a licensed veterinarian
Vaccinated and dewormed
Raised in a family environment for early socialization
We provide a 72-hour health guarantee after delivery. Buyers are strongly encouraged to have the puppy examined by a licensed vet within this period.
📌 If a serious health issue is found (verified by a vet), we will work with you to provide a refund, exchange, or appropriate solution.
4. 🐾 Buyer Responsibilities
Ensure you are fully prepared to care for a Labrador Retriever—including time, attention, proper housing, diet, and veterinary care.
Once delivered or picked up, ownership and full responsibility are transferred to the buyer.

Because we work with live animals, all payments are non-refundable once a puppy is reserved and paid for.
If an issue arises on our end (such as health problems or unexpected unavailability), we will offer a replacement puppy or a refund—at our discretion.
